The shed that started it all.
When I found out our first kid was on the way, I knew 5½-hour rounds on Saturdays were likely going to be a thing of the past. So, I tore down a storage shed in the backyard and built this one in its place, just big enough for a simulator.
Over the last few years I've used it to play the same courses the pros play on TV. I've used it to get ready for golf trips to Bandon, St. George, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas. I've used it to run outside at 10pm to try the terrible drill I just watched on Instagram. And ultimately, used it to drop my handicap from a 6, to a low of +1.7 last year, making those golf trips and opportunities for rounds outside that much more fun.
Mitch, our co-founder, spent many nights grinding away in this shed, and ultimately, decided to build one of his own. We both live in the Edmonds area, a golf desert of sorts, and knew indoor golf was something we wanted to share with the community. Bogey Barn fills that void.
Thank you for coming along on this journey. It will be our focus over the next 6 months to build a place that you can call your home club.
Sincerely,
Jordan Dale
